Refund Policy

Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund. If not already stated here, each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy.

Discounts for shopping and styling bundles – When you purchase a bundle of time with us, we focus on having enough time accessible to serve you and hold that schedule opening for you. That influences what number of different customers we can go up against when we are holding schedule openings for you. Consequently, if you’ve booked a bundle of hours and need to drop, there’s no charge as long as you do it no less than 48 hours ahead of time. For retractions made inside 48 hours, you can in any case be discounted or reschedule for one more day, short a two hour least store that goes towards the beautician holding that day for you and not having the capacity to book any other person amid that time. For no shows, there is no discount.

Unused hours from style packages are always refundable (measured in half hour increments). Once style package hours have been used; meaning the stylist has completed the work and the time, we can no longer refund them.

Company shall make the Style Packages available for twenty-four (24) consecutive months from the purchase date of the package of hours. After 24 months the Style Packages will expire and refunds will not be available.

Our time is valuable, and so is yours. If you're late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don't show, you'll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments, and be on time as well.
